We're seeking a mid-senior level Litigation Practice Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our client's growing team. If you have 5+ years of CA litigation legal experience and consider yourself a multitasking pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing sensitive information with discretion, we want you on our team! This is a direct hire opportunity with an in-office schedule and potential for hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support, including calendar management, document preparation, and court filings (e-filing both CA State and Federal).
- Draft, revise, and file legal documents across various court levels.
- Coordinate meetings, manage deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed with confidentiality and precision.
- Collaborate with support staff and accounting for billing and administrative duties.
Skills Required:
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience required
- Understanding and knowledge of CA state rules and procedures required
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Accurate transcription and proofreading skills (75WPM).
- Knowledge of iManage, CompuLaw, Best Authority, Kofax, and CCC Macros are a plus.
