Key Responsibilities:
 

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys, including managing case files, preparing legal documents, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and organize legal documents with precision, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
• Assist with legal research and project management tasks, supporting the team in meeting project deadlines and achieving objectives.
• Ensure the efficient functioning of the legal department through strong organizational skills, including managing schedules and handling administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, court officials, and colleagues, ensuring clear and professional interactions.

Qualifications:

• Work is on site, must be local to the St. Louis area.
• Must be able to type 70 words a minute at minimum.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, with a strong background in Insurance Defense or Litigation.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with superior written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal project management is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute.
• Required experience in a legal or law firm setting.
