Legal Assistant - The Fountain Group

The Legal Assistant will manage the legal contracting process and contracts database, analyze contract requests and proposals to determine consistency and facilitate Corporate Attorney's review. A primary responsibility of this position will be to prepare contracts using standard work and templates. They will be responsible for a wide range of support activities including general administrative support, attorney support for routine legal matters, preparation and finalizations of confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, and vendor service or supply agreements.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as paralegal, legal assistant, executive admin, etc. With at least an associate degree.
