Responsibilities include:
Operating as the "face of the firm" regarding a variety of duties.
Fielding phone calls from clients, working with templates, and assisting with physical/digital filing.
Welcoming clients/guests into the firm.
Performing clerical duties and projects as assigned.
Qualification includes:
Previous experience in a law firm environment.
Professional demeanor and refined communication skills.
Well organized, strong attention to detail, and verbal communication skills.
