LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a motivated Legal Assistant to join our client's growing team in Glendale, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position with pay of $18-$21/hour (approximately $37,000 - $44,000 in annual salary) and excellent benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Support dedicated attorneys in representing veterans seeking disability benefits.
• Handle a variety of tasks, from processing mail to conducting legal research.
• Prepare and review appeals and other important documents.
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and expert witnesses.
• Manage caseloads and maintain accurate records.

What You'll Need:

• 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a US law firm.
• A passion for helping veterans.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
