Probate Litigation Legal Assistant – Los Angeles, CA

Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in trust and probate litigation, recognized for delivering high-quality legal services. They are seeking a Probate Litigation Legal Assistant to join their Los Angeles office. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling trust and probate litigation matters.
• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other court submissions.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, client meetings, and court appearances.
• Prepare case summaries, legal correspondence, and research findings for attorney review.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing case updates.
• Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of trust and probate litigation experience.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate to Los Angeles, California area
• Familiarity with California probate procedures and filing requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a detail-oriented approach.
