Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate will process court order garnishments directly from court.
- They will be doing intakes and looking at documents in which they will be able to identify what it is the garnishment and what they need to do with it as it differs per state.
- They will also need to understand and know what the next action is based on what the documents are stating.
- They will be working in Microsoft Office, utilizing Excel and Adobe and current data base “.NET” closing tickets and processing negative files.
- Docs scanned in and come in PDF form as mostly everything has been automated except at times Mail and checks received in office which are not automated.
- They will work with leads on training to ensure they can do the work and then they will be on their own.
- They will be expected adhere to goals and to complete all orders assigned to them, as manager will gauge what is possible to be completed for that day.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Legal research, Data Entry, Legal assistance.
- Able to prioritize.
- Flexible due to their day to day never looking the same as they jump from one task to another.
- Someone with legal or paralegal background in any capacity.
- Microsoft Office experience Excel
- Adobe experience.
