Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Italian, French, or German
An ADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced, well-cultural, and dedicated individual to be our next long-term Legal Assistant and join our team our Miami, FL 33130 location.
This role is offers "hybrid" only on Fridays. Only candidates living in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale will be considered.

What you’ll do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Support team of lawyers with daily tasks such as preparing retention documents such as PoAs, retainers, funding agreements, case memos & case alerts and send out case related Email Blasts
- Save legal & corporate documents, case related media articles and client correspondence in the office filing system.
- Organize exhibits, documents, briefs, and appendices.
- Redact information from documents.
- Provide bi-lingual customer service to the company´s clients.
- Gather relevant information from a variety of corporate structure of clients to prepare retention documentation.
- Conduct research of facts or local formalities to support legal proceedings.
- Act as the liaison among internal departments, clients, and other external partners.
- You will be dealing with the world’s largest investors, custodian banks and foreign attorneys in various time zones and with sometimes unknown documentation standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Our Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
- Paralegal Certifications are welcomed, but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with previous proven experience as a legal assistance or other legal field.
- Experience in the financial industry is also a plus.
- If fluent in English and other languages such as German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese French, Dutch huge plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe PDF writer required for document preparation and digital handling/filing of documentation.
- Experienced with Pacer and Bloomberg is a plus.
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
Required Abilities and Skills:
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages is a plus.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail and meticulous oriented individual.
