Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining files to support legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain legal files, handling mail & calendars for attorneys.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys during the discovery phase
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather case information
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal or in a similar role
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills
- Ability to interview clients and witnesses effectively
- Familiarity with law office operations
