ITAC Solutions is seeking a Legal Assistant in Franklin, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience providing support in a fast-paced civil litigation environment. Must be able to type 60 wpm with minimal errors.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys
• Facilitate communication among clients, colleagues, and partners
• Draft various employment agreements and forms
• Conduct accurate transcription, prepare and file legal documents, manage new file openings, maintain attorney calendars, generate monthly reports, create PowerPoint presentations, and ensure deadlines are me

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Experience providing support in a civil litigation environment
• Proficient in transcription
• Mastery of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with Adobe software
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and court system regulations
