Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, requiring a balance of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and have a strong ability to multitask.

•  Administrative Tasks: 
  • Log incoming emails and new contacts
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Manage client intakes and onboarding processes
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, including monthly invoicing
  • Answer and route phone calls efficiently
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Legal Support:
  • Assist attorneys with court filings
  • Review and revise legal documents, such as pleadings
  • Manage attorneys’ calendars and scheduling
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Notary Public certification (preferred, not required)
