Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Drafting correspondence; and typing and formatting legal documents;
- Opening, organizing, managing and closing files;
- Assist attorneys with research and preparation for trials and hearings;
- Highly proficient in scheduling meetings and managing calendars; and making and/or changing travel arrangements;
- Effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues and partners;
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years experience in a litigation support role in the practice areas of insurance coverage/bad faith, construction, transportation, product/general liability, and professional liability defense is required;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management software;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
