Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with a minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation to join our team. This position is fully on-site, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and enhancing the efficiency of our legal operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to attorneys, including drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and scheduling appointments and court hearings.
Conducting legal research and compiling relevant information for cases, assisting in case preparation and trial proceedings.
Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Managing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet the demands of litigation proceedings.
Collaborating with team members to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of litigation procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
