About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, requiring a balance of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and have a strong ability to multitask.
Administrative Tasks:
- Log incoming emails and new contacts
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
- Manage client intakes and onboarding processes
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including monthly invoicing
- Answer and route phone calls efficiently
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Legal Support:
- Assist attorneys with court filings
- Review and revise legal documents, such as pleadings
- Manage attorneys’ calendars and scheduling
- Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Notary Public certification (preferred, not required)
