Permanent opportunity HYBRID REMOTE Position can be in Broward or Downtown Miami.
Business Litigation law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support their practice.
The ideal Litigation Legal Assistant will have at least 5 years’ experience working in litigation with trial prep experience.
Annual salary from 80-85k doe.

Requirements:
- Litigation Legal Assistantt must be able to work in a fast-paced busy environment
- The Litigation Legal Assistant must have Litigation experience
- Complex Commercial litigation experience is required
- Filing in state and federal courts is mandatory
- Must have experience uploading files, trial prep and may attend trials, exhibit books, trial binders, etc
- Independent and capable self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities
- General knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedures
- Litigation Legal Assistant candidate must have excellent verbal, written and phone skills
- Software knowledge with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Litigation Legal Assistant must be able to pass a criminal background screening and have verifiable references.
