Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.
Researching and analyzing complex legal issues pertaining to Family Law, Child Custody, and Divorce Law.
Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence.
Maintaining organized case files and tracking case statuses.
Liaising with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.

Job Details

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient knowledge of Family Law, Child Custody, and Divorce Law.
Strong research and report-writing skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
