Timoney Knox, LLP, a leading law firm located in Montgomery County, PA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Assistant to join our Corporate, Tax and Estates department. This critical role supports 2-3 of our attorneys with important clerical aspects of their practice; ensuring timely and efficient filings, clear correspondence and an amazing client experience. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing both electronic and written correspondence with precision. You will efficiently schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments and meetings, while maintaining the attorneys' calendars and schedules. Additionally, you will proofread and edit legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy. Effective communication with clients via email and telephone will be essential, as will the organization and maintenance of comprehensive client files. You will handle incoming mail and calls professionally, coordinate the delivery of legal correspondence to clients and court officials, and prepare various legal forms, including courtroom requests and new case memos
