Legal Assistant - LHH

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings. This is a full time role and it is fully in office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to lawyer
• Handle communication with clients
• Locate and develop case relevant information
• E-file legal documents
• Assist with scheduling and calendaring
• Assist with the gathering of medical records
• Any other administrative duties required of the role

Qualifications

• 2+years of legal assistance experience in Personal Injury
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Experience with Needles and ProLaw a plus
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
