Join our client's dynamic Cleveland law office as a Litigation Legal Assistant! If you have more than 4 years of experience and a passion for providing top-notch administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

• Deliver exceptional client service, from greeting guests to scheduling meetings.
• Provide proactive administrative support, with a focus on litigation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Prepare and review documents, and manage files efficiently.
• Interact professionally with court personnel and attorneys.
• Draft, file, and manage litigation documents.

What you need:

• 4+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize with urgency.
• Knowledge of the litigation process and court operations.
