Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Secretary/Assistant.
- Experience with e-filing, discovery, document production, document management, calendaring, case management, transcription, and trial procedures.
- Thorough understanding of civil procedure and filing in state and federal courts.
- Advanced verbal, written and organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Internet search engines.
