Join our team as a Legal Assistant – Trial Preparation experience required

Are you a meticulous organizer with a knack for keeping legal proceedings running smoothly? ITAC Solutions is assisting an established law firm with its search for a Legal Assistant who excels in maintaining order and precision within our office environment. This is an onsite role.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Receiving and screening visitors
• Proofreading and correcting prepared material
• Composing routine letters and memoranda or report
• Preparing and e-filing documents with state and federal courts
• Organize and maintain digital and physical case files using Litify and MS Office/Google Docs
• Managing calendars for all court-imposed deadlines

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 2 years of Legal Assistant experience with trial preparation
• Experience with discovery, calendar tracking, and managing deadlines.
• Familiarity with Litify (Legal Operating Platform) is advantageous.
