We are seeking an Administrative Support team member to join the Miami, FL office. We hire the best employees to serve our customers, making us a leader in the insurance and financial services industry. Qualified candidates would be responsible for providing administrative assistance to attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and leadership. Job duties include tasks associated with greeting guests, answering incoming calls, processing of electronic mail, submitting invoices for processing and other clerical tasks as assigned. 

You will be working in a hybrid environment, with some required presence in the office and some remote. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.

The selected candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and team-oriented with a professional demeanor.  Hours are 8:15am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

• Preferred experience in a legal environment, knowledge of the legal process, and legal/medical terminology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills over the phone and in person.
• Accurate and efficient in an electronic environment, including experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
