Job Title: Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant
Location: Red Bank, NJ or Voorhees, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with real estate transactions and documentation.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and leases.
- Manage client communications and maintain case files.
- Conduct research on property titles and zoning regulations.
- Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law.
- Proficient in commercial real estate terminology.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
