Legal Administrative Assistant/Receptionist - Spherion

The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
-Triage incoming phone calls from potential and existing clients to determine their needs.
-Provide level 1 support to caller and direct all other calls to the appropriate party.
-Assist walk-in clients, existing and potential.
-Provide administrative support (including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, assisting with meeting prep and other internal/external documents).

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette
-Ability to handle diverse client base
-Effective oral and written communication skills to all levels of the organization
-Detail-oriented and extremely organized
-Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative office role; legal experience preferred
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
