Our client is a reputable firm seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual administrative assistant to support a senior partner and a small team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of a busy office, handling various administrative tasks and providing essential support to the team.
Job Description:
This position is ideal for an individual with a background in legal or corporate finance, fluent in Spanish, and skilled at handling administrative duties. The Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate scheduling, prepare presentations, process wire transfers, and provide other crucial support to a senior partner and their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior partner, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and keeping track of appointments, tasks, and reminders.
- Monitor and manage email correspondence for the senior partner, prioritizing emails and handling follow-up actions.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and organizational charts.
- Handle wire transfers, billing, and purchases with attention to detail.
- Support other team members with diary management and special projects.
- Assist with expense reports and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (ability to speak, read, and write fluently).
- 2+ years of administrative support experience, in a legal or corporate finance setting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience with wire transfers, billing, and purchases.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to manage complex calendars and schedules.
Additional Details:
- Must be available to work on-site 4 days per week.
