About the Job
Primary duties:
- Document support for client attorneys
- Word processing and spreadsheets to support correspondence and budgeting
- Administrative Assistant functions (Expenses, procurement of client office supplies, meeting set-up and scheduling, monthly reporting management of various data)
- Legal document version management, edits and use of Legal software "Workshare Compare for document editing and management, and support for 6 attorneys in Clients.
- Manage subpoenas received by our corporate entities
- Maintaining quarterly litigation reports
- Office administration, as assigned
- Mail handling, ordering office supplies, processing invoices and requesting checks, etc.
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred
- Proficiency with SAP accounting software for outside vendor invoice processing preferred.
