Legal Administrative Assistant - Gainor Staffing

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team!This position is hybrid with 3 days based in their wonderful Hackensack, New Jersey office.

Job Responsibilities

• Calendar management (scheduling meetings, appointments, calls, etc.)
• Arrange travel for attorneys including booking flights and accommodations
• Screen phone calls and effectively prioritize
• Draft and edit documents
• Schedule meeting and conference calls
• Track and submit expenses
• Enter attorney timesheets
• Manage and update records and files
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal administrative support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently

Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000 based on experience
