Legal Administrative Assistant - Adams & Martin Group

A great opportunity to join a top law firm downtown! The Administrative Temp will assist the finance team in data entry clean-up, auditing and verification. This role is a temporary position, expected to last four - six months in duration.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
* Review reports to correct data on client accounts, address, email addresses, etc.
* Review on-account credits to determine if funds should be refunded.
* Prepare refunds, with proper documentation, for approval.
* Other duties as assigned.
