Shulman Rogers is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Litigation Department at our Potomac office. Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality service and achieving outstanding results for our clients.
This position requires extensive knowledge of litigation procedures, including e-filing and court document management across state and federal courts in Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal assistant, secretarial, or administrative role preferably within a litigation department or practice.
- Proficiency in electronic filing and court procedures for both state and federal courts. VA filing experience a must.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal software is preferred.
This position is located at our Potomac, MD office.
