Legal Administrative Assistant at Beacon Hill

Beacon Hill is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant for a role in Cleveland, Ohio. If interested and qualified, please apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative, organizational and paralegal services to support the legal department, with responsibility to the General Counsel.
• Manage all administrative functions including, but not limited to: answering and triaging phone calls, coordinating travel arrangements, ordering and maintaining supplies, and maintaining records and files.
• Schedule meetings, prepares documents, proofreads legal documents/correspondence and memoranda, and records, transcribes and distributes minutes.
• Knowledge of contract management database administration and structures, and the ability to assume responsibility for daily activities and projects without direct supervision.
• Manage contract execution and tracking function within the legal department
• Other support to the Claims and Litigation section of the Legal Department will include filing, managing medical records requests and subpoenas.
