Position Overview:
A well-respected law firm in Boston is looking to hire a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide support to their legal team. This pivotal role includes managing document production, electronic filing, and data entry, as well as offering extensive calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements for attorneys, and facilitating regular client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence.
Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel logistics.
Maintain and organize files and manage electronic filing systems.
Provide exceptional client service and handle client communications effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred.
1-2 years of administrative assistant experience; 2-5 years of litigation legal secretary experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
