Legal Administrative Assistant - Nagler Group

Are you a dependable, proactive, and driven professional seeking an opportunity to further sharpen legal knowledge and skillsets?

We are assisting a busy and growing Boston, MA law firm with identifying a Legal Assistant who can join their team immediately!

Duties in this role will include:
-Supporting 3 attorneys within corporate and commercial real estate matters.
-Document scanning, organization, and proper storing/saving, and assisting with assembling closing binders.
-Assisting with drafting correspondence, forms, and pleadings.
-Calendaring for meetings, deadlines, and upcoming court dates.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of legal support experience or other professional service experience and be attentive to detail, organized, and eager to learn!
