Our client, a Boston-based investment manager, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their busy team! In this role, the Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of legal initiatives at the firm. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of related experience in financial or professional services.

Position Details:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Degree: Preferred
• Responsibilities include managing various company databases, contact lists and file systems; overseeing the full lifecycle of corporate entities; organizing, updating and managing board materials; assisting with the administration of regulatory compliance matters; handling administrative duties for the department such as filing, copying, scanning, mailing, managing phone calls, coordinating travel, and distributing meeting materials; and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Additional required skills include effective communication, strong organizational, analytical and administrative skills, an ability to handle confidential information, and the possession of an enthusiastic, client-service mentality.
