Legal Administrative Assistant - Boston, MA

Boston based premier law firm in downtown Boston is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team. The company is growing and looking for a professional that has the ability to work with the different groups on the law practice, This professional will have access to all of the practice areas and need to be able to manage multiple tasks at once. There is growth in this opportunity to land in one of the proactive areas. 

This is a permanent opportunity paying up to $95k depending on experience.


Responsibilities: 

• Provide Admin assistance to multiple teams within the firm
• Prepare conference rooms for meeting 
• Communicate with office admins and paralegals on admin items that need to be executed
• Assist with filing, faxing, wire transfers, e-mail correspondence, ordering supplies and managing schedules. 
• Other office duties as needed 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree with 5 plus year experience as an admin is a plus 
• Prior law firm or consulting services experience is a PLUS 
• Strong Excel, Word and Power Point experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at one
