JOB SUMMARY:

The Leave & Disability Specialist is responsible for assisting in day-today FMLA leave administration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

OR

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 2 year's progressive human resources experience

OR

GED / High School Equivalency High School Diploma and 4 years' experience human resources.

Work Experience : 1-3 years experience in Human Resources environment.
