Leasing and Marketing Manager - HH Red Stone Properties

Summary: The Leasing and Marketing Manager will support leasing activities and provide property management assistance across HH Red Stone’s entire portfolio, working primarily from the corporate office in Silver Spring, MD. This role will serve as corporate leasing support, assisting with a variety of leasing and property management tasks to drive success at multiple properties. Approximately 25% of the time will involve travel to different locations, offering hands-on support to on-site teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide corporate leasing support by generating and managing traffic for properties, conducting leasing tours, qualifying prospective residents, and preparing lease paperwork.
• Assist property management teams with tasks as needed, including coordinating vendor services, supporting property projects, and handling resident requests.
• Collaborate on marketing efforts, creating and updating leasing and marketing materials, and ensuring accuracy across all platforms.
• Engage in social media content creation and property marketing, contributing to online engagement and branding.
• Maintain accurate records and leasing activity reports to support operational efficiency.
• Travel to various portfolio properties as needed to support on-site teams in achieving leasing and operational objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Perform other property management duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in leasing and property management.
• Ability to handle leasing responsibilities and general property management tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with RealPage software is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the HH Red Stone portfolio.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media and digital marketing channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Ability to handle multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
• High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn more about property management and leasing.
