Description:
Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Property Manager with great sales and team-leading abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service for the 40-unit apartment community of Farmington Oaks Apartments. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool and a laundry facility.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including supervising and managing more than two direct reports, marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. You will have a separate office to manage your staff and conduct work from.
This role requires living onsite at Farmington Oaks Apartments, with a 15% monthly discount on rent. See below for additional utilities included.

Location:Farmington Oaks Apartments (Aloha, OR)
Hourly Rate: $23-$26/hr.
Schedule: FT, Monday -Friday, 8am - 3:30pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 35 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend.

Requirements:What you will bring as the Property Manager
- One (1) year of previous property management experience is required.
- One (1) year of previous supervisory experience is required.
- Six (6) months of previous customer service experience (preferred).
- Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience (preferred).
- Strong supervisory and organizational skills with the ability to lead and direct others.
- Strong marketing skills in order to competitively market the property.
- Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Available for after-hours emergencies.
- Advanced knowledge of all city, county, state, and federal Landlord, Tenant, and Fair Housing Laws; refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
- Possess current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance and clean driving record in order to run work-related errands when needed.
