Community Sales & Leasing Manager/General Manager for Upscale Coworking Facility in Downtown Orlando
About the Role:
YourOffice is seeking a highly motivated, proven sales leader to conduct all sales and leasing functions and manage our coworking facility of affluent, image conscious, successful Businesses and professionals who share a supportive Co-workplace office environment. This person will be responsible for maximizing our occupancy and sales revenue through demonstrated sales techniques and outstanding client satisfaction. They will develop creative marketing and sales strategies and maintain an extraordinary sense of community managing our daily operations and planning engaging memorable client events. They must delight in establishing meaningful relationships with existing & prospective clients and revel in the creative process that goes into understanding their needs to craft authentic win-win deals! While supported by some of the most experience hands in the industry, our best managers are able to work independently to close deals, while leading an onsite team of client service professionals to deliver outstanding high-touch and hi-trust client services and experiences. Responsibilities Include: • Maintain high occupancy and monthly revenue goals by diligently and persistently manage all inbound sales leads. Conduct daily sales tours and “find the right fit” to close win-win deals, converting prospects to a growing happy family of YourOffice clients. • With a consultative sales approach, quickly establish peer-level connections & relationships with executive level prospects and work to maintain these relationships throughout their term. • Utilize sales and relationship strategies and skills to manage all office renewals and growth opportunities with existing client base. • Develop and promote community activities and client events designed to enhance client connections, relationships and the overall YourOffice experience. (“Better-Life@ Work”). • Lead and develop your service team to retain delighted clients and grow the business. • Manage and assist with front desk and other staffing, to create great first-impressions! • Resolve Client issues and needs with professionalism, patience and win-win approach. • Oversee daily operations to maintain a warm and welcoming professional environment in line with YourOffice standards. (Be remarkable & make it memorable) • Oversee monthly data inputs, reports, billing, collections, and client satisfaction issues. • Attend outside events to boost awareness about YourOffice and bring in new leads. • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to help generate more leads. • Be the #1 reason why clients love coming to work every day.
Desired Skills/Attributes: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in business, marketing, hospitality or communications. • 2-7 or more years of sales experience. Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service or business operations a plus. • Self-Starter who is reliable, inquisitive, curious and has the ability to work independently. • Extrovert with the ability to connect well with people with a warm and approachable manner. • Professional demeanor with a passion for delighting clients. • High-Hustle spirit with the willingness to step in all roles, move fast and get things done. • Flexibility to work the hours required to solicit leads, connect with prospects and convert them to clients. • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills. • Strong professional writing and presentation skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications. • Be or become very connected to Downtown Orlando’s business community!
Compensation: Base + Commission + Benefits
