Leasing Consultant - Habitat America

Habitat America, a rapidly expanding property management company, seeks an experienced and professional full time Leasing Consultant in Washington, DC for a brand new construction apartment community, The Faircliff located in the heart of Columbia Heights.

Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit and/or Section 8 housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, recertification of residents and other office duties.
