Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking a professional, personable sales superstar for the important position of Leasing Consultant to work at our beautiful 300+ apartment home community.

THE JOB: You will be in charge of sales and marketing methods to provide superior service to potential and current residents of our upscale apartment communities. You will be required to meet sales goals, leasing ratios and maintain milestones in customer service and resident satisfaction, throughout the sales process.

-Note: Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license are required for leasing at duplexes and for operating electric golf carts in CA.

Your Pay: $22.50/hour plus a strong sales commission structure leads you to a starting annual salary potential of high $50k-high 60+k/year to start, or more depending on your community and performance.
