Leasing Consultant - Excelsior Communities

Excelsior Communities is a property management company that has been operating in Rochester, NY since 2016. Daily duties include:

• Responding to leads
• Scheduling tours of the property
• Accepting and processing applications
• Generating resident leases
• Addressing current resident issues
• Submitting work orders to maintenance
• Assist the property manager with all daily operations

Experience:

• Leasing or Sales experience preferred.
• Great customer service skills required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
