If so, Donaldson, a leader in the multi-family property management industry, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Leasing Consultant! We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with prior leasing experience for a 140-unit residential apartment community located in Portsmouth, VA (Quarters at Park View). 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver exceptional customer service 
• Maintain a professional demeanor   
• Marketing/ Outreach 
• Lease apartments 
• Property tours 
• Resident retention 
• Renewing contracts  
• Data entry 
• Assisting with day-to-day operations 
• Answering phone/ emails

We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening building events. Yardi experience is preferred.
