QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision

Demonstrate ability to close prospective residents

Possess computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office software and property management software

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled to meet and exceed expectations

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time

Must have a valid drivers license and insurance

Track record of longevity with previous employers with evidence of growth within your roll
