Leasing Consultant/Admin - Habitat America

Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional Leasing Agent for a part-time (18 hours per week) position at a brand new affordable housing community RiverWatch Apartments in Elkridge, Maryland. RiverWatch Apartmentsis a new constructionmulti-family tax-credit apartment and townhome community.Thepart time work week for this position will consist of 3 days per week, for 6 hours per day.

Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do"attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excelent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required. This position would be resposnible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties.
