We are currently searching for a direct hire Leasing Consultant at an apartment community in Philadelphia! If you love interacting with customers and thrive in a sales environment, this is the opportunity for you! Our client is offering $25-$28 per hour and $50 per lease.



Primary Responsibilities:



· Greets prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and preferences and close leads

·Accurately prepares and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.e. lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks) and key distribution

·Collects security deposits, rent and any other charge associated with residents moves

·Communicates all lease and community policies to new and current residents

·Follows up with all leads and prospects that did not lease

·Ensures apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriate

·Seeks out new residents by creative marketing techniques

·Manages lease renewal process

·Follows up in a timely manner on all calls, emails and site visitsKnowledge Skills and Abilities:

·One to two years of experience as an apartment leasing consultant

·Extensive experience with Entrata

·Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media

·Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
