Leasing Assistant - Raha Properties and Investments

Job Brief:

We are immediately hiring for two leasing assistants to lease our Multi-family properties across the Greater Houston Metro and Surrounding areas!

• $9 to $12 Hourly

• Part-Time, Internship



Responsibilities:

Showing units to prospective tenants, Initiate leasing process, Tenant Applications processing, Pre-lease letters/ Tenancy approval/rejection, lease creation and processing move-in.

Carry-Out Unit move-in/move-out inspections.

Rent Collection, payment tracking, send out late payment, eviction, lease violations notices

Check, respond, act on all mail/email daily.

Post vacant properties on rental websites.

Invoices, bill payments tracker. Property book keeping, Property taxes, insurance payment

Managing maintenance work-order system, repair parts inventory & tracking, Purchasing, stocking and recording repair parts released to maintenance personnel.

Skills Required:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Driver's License (Preferred)
