Marathon Management Inc. is actively seeking a Leasing
Agent/Office Assistant to join the team in Excelsior, MN.
Reports to: Property Manager
Hours/Schedule: Part-Time - Monday, Wednesday
& Thursday 8:30am – 5pm.
Work environment: Onsite

About the role:
The assistant will assist the PM in all community
operations. The purpose of the assistant is to effectively manage and
coordinate persons, activities, and available resources in order to accomplish
community objectives as set forth by the Regional Property Manager and the
Management Company.
We are looking for outgoing Assistant/ Leasing Agent to
assist Property manager with various duties as well as present/lease to
prospective tenants.
What you’ll do:
- All aspects of leasing-
Answering phones, meet/greet prospects, showing the property/apartments. - Follow up on all
traffic. - Process applications.
- Manage lease packets/
lease signings/move ins. - Maintain accurate and
updated resident records. - Take/submit work orders
for residents. - Assist Property Manager
when needed. - Adhere and know all
related Federal, State, and local laws as well as all policies and
procedures issued by Management company.
Our ideal candidate:
- Proven working
experience as leasing agent. - High School Diploma or
GED. - Working knowledge of
leasing practices. - Up to date with property
market status. - MS Office/Computer
knowledge. - Excellent communication
skills. - Customer service
oriented. - Must successfully pass a
pre-employment background check. - Must have a valid
driver’s license and proof of insurance.
