About the role-
- This role is mainly Leasing Admin - Finance & Budget admin
- Most important aspect is the Leasing portion- understanding the leasing and routing the process.
- That will be able to read and appoint contract to certain projects and understand how much the contact is worth)
- Appropriate it into a description such as dela memo, how much does it cost, how much the rent is, taking the total value of the contract and routing it directly to the appropriate leaders and all the up way for the approvals.
- Serves the entire market- every function like macro, new bill, small cells, in-building, etc.
- Able to read the contact, assess the value and the different portions of it is the most important part of leasing that this candidate should have
- Will be involved in some financial analysis; each contract has certain provisions for cost of equipment with different % of allocations
