Leasing Admin (Contract-to-Hire)
Ideal candidates must possess a dynamic personality with the ability to interact and connect with all different personalities. Additionally, candidate would aspire to advance into the role of a leasing consultant.
Requirements:
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines

- Must possess enthusiasm, personal integrity, honesty, respect, and be a team player.
- Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with confidential information
- Proficient in computer technology including Word, Excel, and Email, with an ability to learn and use other programs as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative
- Greeting guests in prompt and courteous manner
- Answer busy phones
- Collect and input client info into
- Assist residents with account inquiries
- Show models as needed
- Backup leasing agent
- Assist with parking pass distribution and addendums
- Collect, scan/upload resident information into system
Lease Renewals
- Create renewal offer letters, discuss offers with residents and generate leases for signature.
- Send reminder letters for response and signature.
- Suggest and promote resident portal use for renewals
- Conduct retention phone calls
