Lease Pricing Specialist - Executive Placement Network

Position: Lease Pricing Specialist
Locations: New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC
Salary Range: $76,000 - $155,000 annually
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role:

A prominent money center bank is seeking a Lease Pricing Specialist to provide comprehensive analytical support to Global Leasing teams, including Global Vendor Finance, across a broad spectrum of structured asset-finance transactions. This role will work on US True Leases, finance leases, and loans, integrating tax, accounting, credit, and other financial constraints into lease optimization models. The position requires a skilled analyst with a strong foundation in cashflow analysis and financial modeling who can work independently while collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Pricing & Structuring: Evaluate and price new transactions, both for hold and sell, using various pre-tax and after-tax metrics. Create transaction models that align with internal metrics and syndication market demands.
• Economic Consulting: Serve as an analytical consultant for Leasing teams, providing structuring solutions, economic expertise, and guidance on tax, commercial, and accounting issues.
• Documentation Support: Develop presentation materials and pricing exhibits for transaction documentation and coordinate with Credit, Risk, Finance, Tax, and Operations.
• Model Development: Build and maintain analytical models to support pricing and lease structuring functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in cashflow analysis, financial modeling, leasing, structured asset finance, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel for cash flow optimization and financial analysis.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of leasing or asset finance products, with technical insights into tax, accounting, and regulatory capital calculations.
• Analytical & Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills and knowledge of commercial banking.

Desired Qualifications:

• Specialized Tools: Experience with Ivory SuperTrump and/or Warren & Selbert ABC (or similar tools) preferred.
• Coding Skills: Coding experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Cross-Functional Experience: Demonstrated experience in Accounting, Tax, Credit, Operations, or Documentation functions within leasing or structured finance.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Theoretical Science, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a quantitative focus.
